Sam is a freelance writer who works fully remotely; some of his favourite previous homes have been Shanghai, Sofia, Rio, Ohrid, and Sheffield.

He’s been freelancing full-time for the last three years after studying for an MA in English Literature and Creative Writing, where he won the Angela Carter Prize. Some of his specialist areas include sustainability & energy, tech, immigration, arts & culture, travel and marketing. He particularly enjoys researching for projects covering niche topics, or precise audiences.

In addition to content and copy, Sam also writes business plans for proposed businesses in a number of different sectors, alongside scripts for digital media as well as film & TV pitches. In his spare time, he writes creatively and also enjoys weird things like indie games, animation and wrestling.
